The Audemars Piguet House is located in the historic Gansevoort Row in the Meatpacking District. The building has been carefully restored and renovated to create a modern and luxurious yet intimate space
for Audemars Piguet’s innovative retail concept featuring fine dining, live musical performances and museum space for historic timepieces.
The result is a boutique that not only reflects the intricate precision of Audemars Piguet timepieces but also sets a new benchmark for performance-driven luxury environments.

The MEP design for the new Audemars Piguet House required precise coordination with existing and new building elements to fully integrate the systems in order to facilitate the clean architectural aesthetic and provide an environment conducive to relaxation, socializing and live performance. Working to stringent acoustic design criteria to facilitate spoken word and unamplified performances, the mechanical systems design maintained carefully limited air velocities to ensure both thermal and acoustic comfort are maintained in the space.

From intimate client consultations to high-profile events, the space is engineered for comfort, flexibility and sustainability. A state-of-the-art HVAC system ensures optimal climate control for both guests and the museum-quality timepieces on display, while advanced lighting and power distribution systems highlight the craftsmanship of each watch with gallery-level precision.
The chef’s kitchen and back-of-house areas are fully equipped to support culinary experiences and private gatherings, with discreet yet robust plumbing and ventilation systems that maintain the boutique’s serene ambiance. Smart building controls and energy-efficient infrastructure further elevate the space, aligning with Audemars Piguet’s commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship.
